The service
Chanx AI sells access to AI models through one OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible API. Requests are forwarded to model providers through a router that the operator runs. Which models are available, and their prices in Coin, are shown on the Models and Pricing pages and can change.
Models may be added, replaced or withdrawn at any time, because the providers behind them can change or stop. A model that is withdrawn stops accepting requests; requests already running finish normally.
Your account and API keys
You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys. Keep keys secret, use them only from servers you control, and revoke a key from the dashboard if it leaks. A key is shown once when you create it and cannot be shown again.
Give us accurate information when you register and keep your password private. You can see every device that is signed in and sign out the others from Settings.
Coin, prices and billing
Coin is prepaid credit. You top up with a package, and each request is charged in Coin from the token counts the provider reports for that request, using the price in force when the request started. Prices are versioned: a price change applies to later requests and never to a request already made.
Before a request runs, enough Coin to cover its largest possible cost is held from your balance. When the request ends, the actual charge is taken and the rest is returned. If the provider's usage cannot be verified, you are not charged more than the verified usage, and the held Coin is returned or settled by support.
Every charge, hold and return is a line in your ledger on the Transactions page, with the request it belongs to.
Top-ups
Top-ups are paid by QRIS. After you pay the exact amount shown, an administrator confirms the payment by hand and the Coin is credited. Confirmation can take time; the invoice shows its expiry. Paying a different amount, or after the invoice expired, may delay or prevent crediting.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harm others, to attack or overload it, to resell access in a way that hides your own abuse, or to evade limits. Rate limits and spending limits protect everyone and are enforced per key, per account and per address.
We may suspend an account or revoke keys that break these terms or put the service at risk. A suspended account keeps its balance.
Availability and responsibility
The service depends on third-party providers and is provided as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The status page shows what is working right now. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, and responsibility for the content you send and receive stays with you.
Output from AI models can be wrong. Check it before relying on it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
